Repeat Prescriptions

All our repeat prescriptions are on computer and you will be given a request slip listing medications you are allowed to order without seeing a doctor.

Requests can be made by ticking which items you require and handing the slip into the prescription desk, sending it in by post with a stamped addressed envelope or faxing to the surgery on 020 8693 8041.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page.

Please note we do not take prescription requests by telephone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
